Accepted Insurance Plans

Before you schedule an appointment or procedure, always check with your insurance carrier to determine your policy’s benefits and any pre-visit requirements.
As a patient, it is your responsibility to ensure you are covered for any services you receive and to provide accurate insurance information to facilitate the billing process.

If you don't see your particular plan listed below, contact your health insurance plan (the member services phone number will usually be listed on your ID card) to find out what, if any, coverage is available to you when you receive services from Oakland Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation. Additionally, you could also send the insurance details to our office and we can verify the coverage for Physical Therapy services by your insurance. 

 We accept most of  Auto and Workman's insurance.
